addition to architectural work, Impel Inc. engages in several design-build
projects each year. We look for projects that are interesting and captivating regardless of size, style, or even location.
Although our customers range from real estate investors to first-time home buyers our goal is always the same: to create
a visually stunning but comfortable living environment.
We start by leveraging 15+ years of experience in the Charlotte real estate market and relationships with local land developers to locate attractively priced land lots in premier neighborhoods. We then design a unique home that takes into account not only your preferences but also maximizes the land lot’s most attractive features. While our average time of construction is only nine months, throughout the design process we give you the opportunity to see what the final product will look like with innovative use of interactive 3-D imaging. This virtual bridge between design and realization allows you to make changes to your future home and consult with us early on about various aspects of interior design, from bathroom tile selection to home-theater setup.
